was born in a trunk and have spent the last 30 years trying to pick
the lock and get the hell out!
But
seriously... I love drama... especially in my work. First and
foremost I'm an actress. When I'm acting, singing, writing, directing,
or coaching, chances are I'm joyous and breathing more deeply.

Road Theatre Co. won an NEA Grant to produce my show, The
Baby Project!
"To support The Road Theatre Co.'s development and
production of The Baby Project by Lori Ada Jaroslow and
collaborators Fonda Feingold, Noriko Olling, and director
Shannon MacMillan. Begun as a solo piece by Jaroslow, the
musical portrays a single bisexual woman who navigates the
world of medically-assisted fertility in her desire to become
a mother."

Tell
Me a Story, the CD series I directed and co-produced,
won an AUDIE AWARD for
Best Original Work!
The
AUDIE is to the audiobook as the Oscar is to the film or
the Tony is to the Broadway play. We won an AUDIE for Tell
Me a Story - Women of Wonder. What was particularly exciting
to me was that approx. 28 of the 30 CD projects that were
considered for awards were produced by major companies with
lots of dough like Bantam for example. We did ours in Laura
Hall's converted garage.
